Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. When looking for a Personal Trainer, preferably look for someone that is in good physical shape. Because if they look fit most likely they have a good understanding of good nutrition and how to  properly train the body so it doesn't hit a plateau and make the changes and reach the goals you desire.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Keep your muscles guessing by changing your workouts frequently. By doing this you avoid plateaus and injury to your joints as well as prevent boredom.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. With my over 25 years of experience working out and being a Black Belt in Karate, I know how important it is to change workouts frequently to stay motivated and keep the muscles guessing so your body doesn't hit a plateau. I know how to make working out fun and exiting by using my experience and back ground in Karate to design workouts.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love talking about wellness. Working as a Personal Trainer allows me to be around an environment were people are like me, trying to get fit or stay fit through working out and proper nutrition. This gives me an opportunity to be myself and share all my knowledge, experience and expertise with people who really care about what I have to say and offer.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I am very friendly, easy going, laid back, easy to talk to and very approachable. I welcome constructive criticism. I respect my clients and take dissatisfaction if any very seriously. I understand without my clients I would not have a job. I listen to what ever their concerns are and address them as fair as possible.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I love to workout! It just makes sense to make money doing what you love. And at the same time it keeps me mindful of my own goals and accomplishment in fitness.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes, I am a Certified Personal Trainer through International Sports Sciences Association. I take continue education courses  to keep my Certification current and I need to finish those courses and pass a final exam before my Certification expires and before I am issued a new Certification.
